Hallo
And thanks a lot.
It is a rare helmet for shure.
But have you noticed the nice detail regarding the chinstrap.
Only the longe pice left, and made into a wall hanging device.
It have been hanging on a nail in the wall for a lot of years.
So this one is not out of the woodwork, but just straight down from the wall (IMG:http://www.walhalla.se/style_emoticons/default/yelrotflmao.gif)

Glad you liked it.

Best regards

Hey Gulli,
very nice and rare piece.
I am not familour with the "rules" of NSKK helmet.
Did the NSKK officaly have DD helmets or did they use what ever helmet to aply and NSKK decal on?
you see them on lufts, on heeres and so on

Wow...I did a double take on this one....an M40 NSKK in a double decal configuration....how many of these survived????? Not many. I love the rough texture paint on this M40 as well. A really beautiful helmet.

The Mod's definately need to place all these decals in the decal section (IMG:http://www.walhalla.se/style_emoticons/default/wink_2.gif)
